Biography

Chloe is a solicitor at Madison Branson Lawyers, practising in commercial law and litigation.

Chloe has a strong educational foundation and experience in the legal sector. She commenced her legal career with Madison Branson Lawyers as a Legal Assistant before progressing to Paralegal and following her admission to the Supreme Court of Victoria in July 2026, to Solicitor.

Through this progression, Chloe has developed practical experience across a range of commercial and dispute related matters and has been involved in matters from their early stages through to resolution.

Known for her attention to detail and thoroughness, Chloe takes a methodical and considered approach to each matter. She is committed to understanding the commercial and practical circumstances underlying a client’s legal issue and delivering work that is accurate and comprehensive.

Chloe’s areas of expertise includes:

• Corporate and Commercial Law
• Proceeds of Crime and Confiscation Law litigation under the Commonwealth regime, the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Cth), and the state regime in Victoria, the Confiscation Act 1997 (Vic)
• Debt recovery
• Contractual disputes

• Assisted in a Proceeds of Crime/Confiscation Law matter (which is ongoing) involving the restraint of five properties
• Successfully assisted in debt recovery proceedings (from beginning to end) in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria
• Successfully assisted in a contractual dispute in the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria
• Assisted in the preparation of advice to an ASX listed company on corporate governance/corporate advisory matters
• Assisted in the preparation of advice on building contracts, off the plan contracts of sale and general contracts of sale
• Assisted in the preparation, and review of corporate and commercial documentation including Facility Agreements, Company Constitutions, Contractor Agreements etc
