Established in 2014, Madison Branson Lawyers has grown into a full-service commercial law firm and the founding practice of the Madison Branson Group. The firm advises across commercial law, property, building and construction, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, banking and finance, family law, and wills and estates, complemented by a capability few firms in Australia can claim: genuine depth in proceeds of crime and confiscation law, practised at the highest levels of the Victorian and Commonwealth jurisdictions.
The firm’s conviction is that the best legal outcome is not always the best outcome. Advice given in isolation from a client’s commercial position, family circumstances or longer ambitions is incomplete; and so the firm’s lawyers are expected to understand each client’s affairs with a thoroughness that most practices reserve for the matter alone.
